De Boer Staal and De Boer Snijbedrijf are both located on the same premises in Uitgeest and offer one-stop shopping.
De Boer Staal is a renowned wholesale distributor of sheet steel, profiles and bulb flats and has large stocks of steel in a range of sizes, grades and thicknesses. All standard sizes and grades for the shipbuilding industry, among others, are in stock and therefore immediatly available. This makes De Boer Staal flexible and able to offer complete projects at short notice.
De Boer Snijbedrijf specialises in cutting steel and stainless steel in every shape and supplies oxy-fuel, plasma and laser cut components in thickness varying from 0.5 to 750 mm. De Boer Snijbedrijf also supplies certified cut components that have been checked and assessed by Lloyds Register LR, Veritas, ABS or DNV and is authorised to re-mark materials with a 3.1 en 3.2 inspection certification in accordance with EN 10204.
One-stop shop
De Boer Staal has its own coating line and thus the opportunity to shot blast and coat sheet steel and profiles for the shipbuilding and offshore industry. This gives De Boer Snijbedrijf the opportunity to offer blasted cut products. The steel companies in Uitgeest offer under one roof large stocks of sheet steel and profiles, the cutting and forming of steel sheets in combination with shot blasting and coating. The companies also supply complete ready-made shipbuilding kits.
